Cancellation Policy for Consumers (for goods deliveries) - does not apply to commercial buyers


Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (e.g., an employee, etc.) who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Nautyra Ing. Thomas Malle, Zeillergasse 41/1, A-8020 Graz, tel: +436641802125, email: office@nautyra.eu) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods to us (Nautyra Ing. Thomas Malle, Zeillergasse 41/1, A-8020 Graz) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


Cancellation policy for business customers:

Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Therefore, for cost reasons, we do not offer the option to cancel or return a delivered order.
